What are the responsibilities and job description for the Master Level Mental Health Therapist position at Lionheart Trauma Support Services, LLC.?
Lionheart Trauma Support Services, LLC. is seeking qualified mental health therapists to join a thriving trauma mental health practice. The applicant will have flexibility of hours, office space, referrals, billing support, office support, determination of clients/caseload number, and collaboration/connection with other therapist/staff in the practice.
- At this time, Lionheart is accepting interested applicants in working part-time and/or full-time.
- Lionheart is in need of adult, child and family therapist.
- Therapist will be able to set their own hours, amount of hours worked, etc.; however, therapist will have to agree to some flexibility of working one to two evenings a week (until 6pm) and/or half a day on Saturdays/Sundays. This will be discussed further in the interview.
- Ability to provide telehealth and/or in person therapeutic services.
Requirement/Preferred:
- Applicants need to be licensed in the state of KY and/or TN (reciprocity may be required) have 2 years of experience in the role of a therapist. Being licensed in TN and KY is preferred.
- Applicants with Accelerated Resolution Therapy training, familiarity with police, fire, first responders, and veterans, and/or substance abuse training is a plus; however, not required.
- Also, please be aware that this practice specializes in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, etc. It is important to have a level of understanding of trauma and how it impacts individuals/families as well as feel comfortable working with trauma populations.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
