Job Overview
Join our team as a 30hr Part-Time Handyman, where your versatile skills will keep our facilities in top shape! This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of maintenance and repair projects across residential and commercial settings. We do no a variety of jobs from junk removal to landscaping.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including landscaping, drywall, junk removal, carpentry, and remodels
- Conduct residential painting projects to enhance property aesthetics and protect surfaces
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including cleaning, minor renovations, and equipment upkeep
- Supervise or coordinate with other team members during larger repair or renovation projects
Requirements
Must be have valid driver’s license.
Must have a can do attitude and willing to learn and take directions.
Schedule requires you be available to work Tuesday-Friday
