Job Summary
LionHeart Electrical seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Foreman to oversee commercial electrical projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a small crew daily, reviewing job scope and blueprints, ordering materials, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive commercial electrical experience and good communication
Responsibilities
- On-site Foreman, ready to develop the plan, material orders, and work along side your co-workers
- Communication with project manager and vendors to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate implementation of project plans.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and enforce safety protocols across the job site.
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets specifications and standards.
Skills
- Colorado Journeymen license
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical codes and regulations
- Experience as an electrical Foreman with a solid understanding of blueprints reading
- Ability to plan ahead for the project
- Ability to teach apprentices throughout the job
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards applicable to the electrical industry
- Demonstrated management skills with supervising experience in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. This position offers an opportunity for a seasoned electrical foremenl to lead projects with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour
