Position Summary

LionHeart is looking for a dependable, hands-on Part-Time Warehouse Assistant to help keep our warehouse, office, and facility clean, organized, and running smoothly. This role supports daily operations by receiving deliveries, managing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining shared spaces, cleaning warehouse floors, and assisting with general facility upkeep.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, takes initiative, and enjoys keeping things in order.

Schedule

• Hours: Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM
• Employment Type: Part-time
• Benefits: This position is not eligible for company benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize incoming packages and deliveries.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including preparing items for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse floors, including operating a floor buffer machine.
• Keep warehouse, office, and common areas clean, neat, and organized.
• Monitor and replenish supplies in restrooms and shared spaces as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling and complete routine cleaning tasks.
• Assist with light facilities upkeep and report maintenance needs as they arise.
• Help maintain organized storage areas and ensure supplies are readily accessible.
• Follow established safety practices and maintain a clean, professional work environment.
• Provide general support for warehouse and facility operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to take initiative and complete routine tasks without constant supervision.
• Comfortable with hands-on work, including standing, walking, lifting, and moving packages or supplies.
• Willingness to learn to operate a floor buffer machine and other basic cleaning equipment.
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
• Previous warehouse, custodial, facilities, or general maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
