What You’ll Do
- Represent AT&T technology products and services inside established retail locations
- Engage with customers face to face to understand their needs
- Present available wireless, technology, entertainment, and service options
- Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and service benefits
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver a positive sales experience
- Assist customers throughout the sales and account activation process
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Support retail marketing and customer acquisition campaigns
- Maintain accurate knowledge of current products, services, and promotions
- Work closely with the sales team to improve customer engagement and campaign performance
