What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor position at Lioness Fitness?
Lioness Fitness is a woman owned and operated gym out of Verona, WI. Our mission is to empower women through strength training to help them build confidence both in and outside the gym. We pride ourselves on providing a space where women can feel safe to listen to their bodies in order to get the best workout possible, without the pressure of competition.
At Lioness all bodies and experience levels are welcome and celebrated! In each class clients will experience a full body workout, focused on basic movement patterns, through low impact exercises. Our professional trainers will provide coaching and modifications to support our clients wherever they are along their strength training journey, making sure to keep them safe as well as challenged.
For those who are looking for more flexibility or specialized programming we do offer 1:1 or buddy training.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and supportive group fitness instructor to lead our small group strength training classes. Trainers design and execute their own workouts but with plenty of training and support along the way. We are looking for a trainer who would be available to start working right away, teaching 2-3 classes a week. Exact class schedule is flexible but early bird, evening and/or weekend availability preferable. Weekends are on a rotating schedule based on trainer availability.
