The Managed Services Technician 4 will be a technical expert, responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, providing technical guidance to junior technicians, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality managed services. This role requires a deep technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. What You Will Do Provide expert-level technical support to clients, resolving complex technical issues in a timely and effective manner. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems using a variety of tools and techniques. Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or vendor support. Monitor system performance and identify potential problems before they impact clients. Proactively identify and implement solutions to prevent future technical issues. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians. To Be Successful You Will Have A high school diploma, General Education Development (GED) or equivalency. Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+. 5+ years of experience in IT support, with 3+ years in a managed services environment. Strong technical skills in [relevant technologies]. Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong grasp of the Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, OneNote, MS Outlook Exchange etc.).
