The Role:
LION is currently seeking a talented and accomplished Project Manager to manage a variety of high-visibility LION projects. This is a key role in the LION Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO). The successful candidate will report to the Senior Director of the ePMO and will actively support LION strategic objectives with a focus on IT and Finance projects. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring peers, leading project team members, and contributing to ongoing process improvements and standardization. The successful candidate should expect to travel up to 10% of the time.

Primary Responsibilities
- Define, plan, execute and control moderate to complex projects and programs.
- Support the assigned portfolios as they choose, prioritize, and manage projects in their organization.
- Secure and coordinate resources for projects.
- Produce and maintain key deliverables: Business Case, Schedule, Budget, RAID, Change Requests.
- Report on project, program and portfolio progress and overall health.
- Utilize problem solving tools and strategies to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate effective communication among stakeholders.
- Coach and inspire project team members to give their best effort.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and standardization in Project Management at LION .
- Support and assist other Project Managers in the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor and educator on the ePMO and project management process.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills.
- Speak clearly, concisely and in a positive tone that encourages open discussions .
- Model and facilitate effective collaboration.
- Adjust communication style and content to the audience .
- Write clearly, concisely and in a well-organized manner .
- Anticipate what is needed and prepare in advance.

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years Project Management experience required, Agile Methodologies preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar tool
- PMP preferred
- Global experience a plus
