We're now growing in the U.S. and seeking passionate, culturally fluent Travel Product Designer to help create travel experiences for the global Chinese community.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Plan and develop series based travel itineraries and products, including conducting market research.
2. Liaise, negotiate, and sign contracts with overseas suppliers, including hotel, transportation, and dining service bookings and operations.
3. Collect, research, and package travel product components.
4. Manage product cost control to ensure profitability and quality standards.
5. Assist the sales team with order fulfillment and customer support.
Qualifications:
1. A degree in Travel Operations, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred; a strong interest in the travel industry is also welcome.
2. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
3. Must possess legal authorization to work.
