What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Bartender - Lion's Tail Neenah position at Lion's Tail Brewing Co. - Neenah Taproom/Brewery?
Lion's Tail Brewing Co. is looking to hire a part-time bartender for anywhere from 15-30 hours per week at our original location in Downtown Neenah, WI. Availability to work 3-4 shifts per week is preferred. Availability on weekends is REQUIRED with possible availability during the week.
Candidates should have a passion for craft beer and knowledge to back it up, with familiarity of the Lion's Tail product line a plus. Prior experience as a server/bartender in a fast-paced environment is NECESSARY. Prior experience utilizing the Toast POS system is a plus. We are looking for driven people with positive attitudes who can operate in a fast-paced environment, and understand that there will be some on-the-go learning and adaptation needed as we are a rapidly-growing company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
-Serving, pouring craft beer, seltzers, wine, and cocktails
-Providing insight into entire beer selection
-Enforcing rules/regulations of the taproom
-Keeping taproom bar, tables, and restrooms neat and tidy
-Opening and closing duties, and cleaning up taproom/restrooms after shift
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
-Prior bartending experience is REQUIRED (existing bartending license is a plus)
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Passion for Craft Beer
-Eager to learn and grow with the brewery
Lion's Tail Brewing Co. is a brewpub with the original location opened in Neenah, WI in 2015, and a second location in Wauwatosa, WI opened in October of 2022. We produce craft beer and hard seltzers in house, with 1 new release every week of the year! We have a rotating tap list that ranges from light lagers, to IPAs, to slushee sours, to barrel-aged stouts, and many styles in between. We are a hard-working and fun-loving team with a deep passion for craft beer looking for the next team members to be ambassadors for the LTB brand!

Pay: $7.50 - $7.51 per hour
