Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Barber role located at our Grand Prairie, TX, location. The Barber will perform routine hair and grooming services, including cutting, styling, and maintaining hair. The responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, providing expert advice on hair care and grooming, and keeping workstations clean and sanitized to follow safety standards. The role also involves working collaboratively with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hair Cutting and Hair Styling techniques
- Experience in Barbering and application of Cosmetology practices
- Strong knowledge of Hair Care products and their proper usage
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- State barber or cosmetology license required
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety guidelines
- Previous experience in a barbershop or salon setting is a plus
