Reports to: Director of Human Resources
What You’ll Do
- Own the coordination of hiring for on-site roles across our portfolio — leasing, maintenance, and community operations
- Post and manage job openings using our ATS, Paylocity, ensuring a smooth and organized candidate pipeline
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and keep candidates engaged throughout the process
- Stay on top of hiring managers — proactively follow up for feedback, keep roles moving, and make sure open positions don’t stall
- Partner closely with Regional and Community Managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and local outreach efforts
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate data and reporting
- Help reduce vacancy and keep communities running smoothly by ensuring roles are filled quickly and effectively
- Improve the candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up
- Support retention efforts by helping identify trends and contributing to engagement initiatives
- You’ll play a direct role in keeping our communities staffed and successful

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of recruiting, HR, or high-volume coordination experience (property management a big plus)
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities at once
- Strong communicator who is comfortable following up and holding others accountable
- Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
- Experience with an ATS or HRIS (Paylocity preferred)
