- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including water lines, sewer lines, drains, fixtures, water heaters, and pumps
- Respond to service requests and handle plumbing emergencies (including on-call rotation)
- Complete work orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Support unit turns, rehabs, and general maintenance as needed
- Partner with onsite teams to identify and resolve property issues
- Maintain safety standards and assist with property inspections
- Travel between communities to complete plumbing repairs and support operations
- Full-time, non-exempt role
- Multi-site position (travel required ~25–50%)
- On-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
- Must have basic tools (specialty tools provided)
- Reports to: Regional Service Director

What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of residential plumbing experience (multifamily preferred)
- Journeyman Plumbing License preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills across plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Customer-service mindset when interacting with residents and teams
- EPA/HVAC certification is a plus
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
