We are looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative tasks and help with communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and/or physical)
- Assist in sorting, labeling, and updating documents
- Communicate and coordinate with team members and external contacts as needed
- Help relay messages and updates between client and assistant (including coordination with Argelyn EA)
- Support basic administrative tasks such as email handling, data entry, and document tracking
- Ensure files and records are accurate, complete, and up to date
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in administrative, office assistant, or virtual assistant roles
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable using email, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), or similar tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
Preferred:
- Experience working with clients or coordinating with remote teams
- Basic understanding of document management or bookkeeping support is a plus
Work Arrangement:
- Part-time
