We are a Digital and Flexo Label Printing company seeking the right candidate for a variety of equipment operation positions.
We are looking for a candidate that can handle the upward mobility these positions offer.
Positions Available:
- Slitting and Rewinding equipment
- Diecutting/Varnishing/Finishing equipment
- Digital Printing Press Trainee/Backup operator
Experience in this field is highly recommended but not required. A candidate with no experience and right mindset can learn these skills and be very successful.
Helpful Skills
- Interpreting production documents accurately to set up print jobs efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols related to industrial equipment operation.
- Collaborate with team members on troubleshooting technical issues related to press operation or prepress software.
- Strong quality control standards.
- High propensity to learn and troubleshoot.
Helpful Experience
- Manage calibration/setup and job management techniques to ensure consistent output across all projects.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing/production/finishing process, ensuring accuracy, registration, and overall print quality meet specifications.
- Perform general adjustments and routine maintenance on machinery to optimize performance and prevent downtime.
Starting pay $23.00 – $33.00/hr
