Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Collins, CO, for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Daily tasks include troubleshooting system issues, performing preventive maintenance, ensuring repairs comply with safety standards, and engaging with customers to explain services and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and identifying HVAC system issues
- Knowledge and experience with Plumbing and Preventive Maintenance in residential or commercial settings
- Familiarity with EPA regulations and certifications, as well as a foundational understanding of Electricity
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Mechanically inclined with attention to detail and safety standards
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- HVAC certification or relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
