The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

• Fine-tuning and optimizing LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
• Building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus)
• Designing scalable APIs for LLM inference
• Experimenting with prompt engineering and RLHF
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to integrate LLMs into real-world applications
  
  

Ideal Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field
• 3 years of experience with ML/NLP and transformer models
• Skilled in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch
• Hands-on experience with vector databases and retrieval systems
• Familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex (a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
