Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Mark templates and placement locations on fabric components according to specifications and work instructions.
• Ensure markings are accurate, visible, and aligned with quality standards.
• Utilize related equipment and tools necessary to support apparel assembly operations.
• Review and comprehend product specifications, technical instructions, and assembly requirements.
• Verify components and markings before release to sewing operators.
• Maintain expected production rates while meeting quality standards.
• Learn and understand how threads, findings, trims, and other components are applied within sewing operations.
• Communicate production or quality concerns to supervisors or team leaders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and ISO quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
