We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our Miami-based wealth management team on a part-time, flexible basis. This role is centered on the day-to-day servicing of our investment advisory clients, with an important compliance component given our status as an SEC-registered investment adviser, plus some support of fund administration and accounting for the private funds we manage.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day investment advisory client servicing, including new account opening, wire transfers, and credit card issues.
• Prepare and provide clients with tax documents and other account related paperwork.
• Monitor client accounts across custodians and respond to routine client questions, requests, and problems with professionalism and accuracy.
• Assist with trade processing, account maintenance, and cash management as needed.
• Help ensure compliance with SEC regulatory requirements, including assisting with recordkeeping, filings, and internal compliance procedures.
• Support fund administration and accounting functions for the private funds we manage, including coordination with fund administrators, tracking of capital activity, and review of periodic fund reporting.
• Assist with maintaining accurate books and records in connection with fund level accounting and reconciliations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance client experience and streamline internal workflows.
• Help in the organization of the office and assist advisors in ways that optimize procedures and ensure excellent service to clients.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in banking, wealth management, or financial services strongly preferred.

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Multilingual skills are preferred (English and Spanish fluency – French would be a bonus).
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF, and comfort using chat and AI tools such as Claude in day-to-day work.
This position is part-time with flexible hours, based in our office at 1450 Brickell Avenue, Miami during the initial training period, with the possibility of limited remote work once fully trained, at the firm's discretion.
