Warehouse Order Picker / Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately locating, selecting, and gathering products from designated storage areas to fulfill customer orders. Your work ensures that shipments are complete, accurate, and ready for timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Locate and retrieve items from shelves with a high level of accuracy and speed
• Verify item numbers, descriptions, and quantities to prevent errors
• Inspect products for damage or defects
• Prepare picked items for packing and shipping, including labeling and staging
• Maintain accurate records of picked items using warehouse systems
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal errors
• Basic math skills and ability to verify counts and quantities
• Comfortable using technology
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
