What we’re looking for:We are looking for a highly capable, resourceful, and bilingual (Hebrew/English) professional based in New York/New Jersey to execute our U.S. operations. While you will report to our Israel-based Director of Operations, your primary mission is to serve as the dedicated operational engine for our U.S. presence and a key partner to our local Co-Founders.The role is remote-first, but requires the physical proximity to be on-site at our Manhattan office roughly once per week to handle logistics, equipment, and office operations. You will also occasionally meet with our CEO in New Jersey for strategic planning and travel nationwide as needed for major company-wide events.What you’ll do:1. Office & U.S. OperationsOwn and manage day-to-day U.S.-based operationsCollect, distribute, and manage onboarding and offboarding equipment (laptops, accessories, swag)Support U.S. employees during local working hoursServe as the primary operational point of contact for U.S.-based needs2. People OperationsOwn and execute U.S. employee onboarding and offboarding processesCoordinate with HR and operations stakeholders in IsraelManage relationships with key vendors: payroll, benefits, 401k, etc.Ensure accurate documentation and process execution for U.S. employees3. Finance & Customer OperationsSend invoices to customers in coordination with internal stakeholdersManage collections and customer payment follow-upsHandle U.S.-related expenses, including travel and reimbursementsSupport adherence to internal travel & expense policies4. Events, Travel & Marketing SupportOwn and execute annual company events (e.g., Linx Anniversary)Support Sales Kickoff events at the beginning of each quarterAssist with conference logistics and on-site support as neededCoordinate travel arrangements and event-related logistics5.
