Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality care and resident satisfaction
Lead and manage a team of skilled nursing professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to enhance job performance and satisfaction
Conduct regular resident assessments and develop individualized care plans in conjunction with the interdisciplinary care team
Ensure efficient and effective use of resources, including staff, supplies, and equipment
Foster a culture of transparency, respect, and open communication among staff, residents, and families
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records of resident care and services
Taking call every other week
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements: Current LPN or RN license for Oklahoma
