At Linwood Center, we're seeking a Director of Employment & Community Integration to provide strategic leadership for our Adult Services programs, including Supported Employment, Community Integration and Day Habilitation. What You’ll Do
- Ensure Linwood’s Individuals and teams are provided ongoing collaborative process that empowers Individuals to direct their own lives, care, and community integration.
- Ensure teams focus on our Individuals unique strengths, goals, and personal preferences.
- Ensure program and services exceed all licensing requirements and that all federal, state and local regulations are met.
- Ensure the integration of Linwood’s employment program. This includes the oversight and management of operations.
- Facilitate family and community involvement.
- Ensure optimal enrollment in all programs. This includes recruiting new program participants and working with families, service coordinators, school systems and DDA.
Training & Support
- We provide CPR certification
- We provide MANDT training
- Ongoing support and guidance from executive leadership
What You Bring
- Master’s degree required
- Minimum of five years of leadership experience in education, human services, non-profit management, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Experience leading teams, managing programs, and developing staff
- Strong organizational, strategic planning, and budget management skills
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Passion for creating inclusive employment and community opportunities
