Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Master Technician to join our automotive repair team. We are looking for someone who is confident in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues, works efficiently, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. This position is ideal for a well-rounded technician with strong diagnostic ability and advanced repair experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and repairs
- Complete wheel alignments accurately and efficiently
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues using proper testing procedures
- Use a multimeter confidently for electrical testing and troubleshooting
- Perform suspension diagnostics and repairs with a strong understanding of steering and suspension systems
- Complete engine diagnostics and engine repair work
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly and identify additional repair needs when appropriate
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members regarding vehicle concerns and recommended repairs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company procedures, safety standards, and repair best practices
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Master Technician or highly skilled automotive technician
- Strong ability to perform alignments, electrical diagnostics, suspension repairs, and engine repairs
- Must be comfortable using a multimeter and other diagnostic equipment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- ASE certifications are preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license preferred

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
