The Senior Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for providing world-class customer service and transactional support over the phone and through electronic communications. This position has primary responsibility for processing incoming product orders, complaint-intake, and providing product support referrals. This position mentors other team members and takes a role on new initiatives within the team. **This is a REMOTE opportunity with preference for candidates in EST or CST zones. ** Key Duties and Responsibilities Process customer orders/changes/returns in accordance with CONMED policies. Participate in broad and varied assignments to ensure customers receive the best sales service possible through processing orders, preparing correspondence, coordinate activities with other departments in accordance with company policies and procedures. Rectify product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and following up to ensure proper resolution. Respond to customer and internal partners by providing accurate, valid, and complete information. Identify and resolve complex assignments requiring considerable judgement to further the team’s initiatives. Serve as the SME for the Customer Experience team. Other duties as determined by Management Job Requirements High school diploma or Equivalency 1-2 years in a customer service environment, with experience in Oracle or similar ERP systems highly preferred. Preferred Experience Strong computer skills Strong interpersonal skills & ability to effectively communicate with customers Ability to actively listen and problem solve for timely resolution.
