Project Scheduler – Electrical Construction
Salary: $70,000 – £100,000
Location: Lewisville, Texas

THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Project Scheduler, you’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining project schedules across major electrical construction initiatives. Working closely with Project Management and Field Leadership, you will ensure projects stay aligned with contractual requirements, performance goals, and operational timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, update, and maintain electrical construction schedules
- Create work breakdown structures
- Build and analyze Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules
- Review cost loading, schedule content, and critical path
- Identify relationships, constraints, and milestones across project activities
- Conduct schedule-impact analyses for change orders
- Perform QA/QC reviews for schedule submissions
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by management
- Support additional tasks as needed within the business unit
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Construction Scheduler
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (required)
- Experience with Microsoft Project (preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; Oracle experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively across teams
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Minimal travel required
- Primarily office-based with occasional job site visits
- Typical office environment with standard physical requirements (sitting, walking, occasional lifting up to 30 lbs)
