IT Service Desk Ticketing System Administrator

Location: Brunswick, GA

IT Service Desk Ticketing System Administrator shall be certified in the administration and management of the FLETC IT Service Desk system or have equivalent creditable and verifiable experience.

Experience Requirements: 3 Years of design and administrator experience with databases.

  • Experience designing data schemas and structures that maintain clear referential integrity
  • Experience with Ivanti Service Manager, Ivanti Voice Server, Ivanti Asset Manager, and Ivanti Change Manager.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree

Clearance Requirements: A minimum of an Active Secret Clearance/Tier 2 Investigation or higher is required to Start
