Role Description

This is a contract-based Residential Real Estate Appraiser position with a hybrid work arrangement. The role is based in Leawood, KS, but some remote work flexibility is available. Primary responsibilities include conducting professional appraisals for residential properties, adhering to USPAP standards, compiling detailed property appraisal reports, analyzing market trends, and maintaining updated records in compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and experience in Real Estate Appraisal, Residential Real Estate, and Appraising
• Familiarity with USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) and adherence to its guidelines
• Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail for evaluating market trends and property data
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
• Proficiency with appraisal A la mode software tools and technology is a plus
• State certification or licensing as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser required
