Linq is building the messaging infrastructure for the AI era. As businesses move from UI-driven products to conversational AI, messaging becomes the primary interface — and Linq powers that layer. We're looking for a Paid Acquisition Manager to own how we efficiently acquire developers and businesses at scale.

You'll be Linq's first dedicated paid acquisition hire, responsible for building and scaling our paid channels from scratch. This is a high-ownership role — you'll set strategy, manage spend, and be accountable to pipeline targets.

What You'll Do
- Own paid channels end-to-end: Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, ChatGPT, and emerging developer-focused platforms
- Build and optimize campaigns across search, display, and social for both developer and SMB audiences
- Partner with growth and product to design landing pages and conversion flows
- Establish attribution and reporting infrastructure so we know what's working
- Manage budget allocation and bid strategy to hit CAC and ROAS targets
- Run creative testing cycles in collaboration with design
- Have 3-5 years running paid acquisition, ideally for a B2B SaaS or API/developer product
- Have managed $500K in annual ad spend with direct accountability to pipeline
- Are fluent in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools like GA4
- Know how to build attribution models from scratch, not just read dashboards
- Are comfortable operating without a large team behind you
- Experience at a CPaaS, messaging, or developer focused company
- Familiarity with PLG acquisition motions and developer audience targeting
