We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who’s early in their career but ready to make a big impact. You’ll be responsible for driving customer retention and expansion, measured against strict performance metrics, while delivering a world-class experience for our users.



What You’ll Do


1. Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Own a portfolio of SMB and mid-market customers, ensuring they reach key milestones.
  • Lead onboarding to set customers up for long-term success.
  • Proactively engage customers via email, chat, and phone to provide strategic guidance and solutions.
  • Be held accountable for churn prevention and renewal success, with clear retention KPIs.

2. Growth & Expansion

  • Build strong customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Educate customers on Linq’s full feature set to maximize their value.
  • Consistently hit or exceed expansion goals by driving customer adoption and identifying growth potential.

3. Execution & Hustle

  • Track key customer success metrics and document insights in our CRM.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide actionable recommendations to improve retention.
  • Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Product teams to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Be adaptable, work hard, and take ownership in a high-growth startup environment.



What You’ll Bring


Experience:

  • 1-2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Hungry to learn and ready to put in the effort to grow your career.
  • Strong communicator who builds genuine relationships with customers.
  • Competitive and driven by hitting targets (retention and expansion metrics matter).
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and quick to adopt new tech.

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
