Responsibilities

Provide Tier II/III technical support for end users and oversee daily help desk operations.

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.

Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime across multiple locations.

Support Windows server environments, Active Directory, network switches, routers, firewalls, and virtualization technologies.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.

Perform system updates, backups, disaster recovery procedures, and routine maintenance.

Document IT processes, procedures, and technical solutions.

Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to implement new technologies and improve IT operations.

Maintain compliance with company security standards and best practices.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.

2–3 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or network administration.

Experience managing help desk operations.

Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server administration, and troubleshooting.

Experience supporting Windows environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft technologies.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to travel regularly between the Midway and Tazewell, TN facilities.
