This position is 100% in-office and not eligible for remote or hybrid work arrangements
What You'll Do:
- Lead the design process for commercial and residential projects—from early concepts through to permit-ready construction documents.
- Manage your own client projects, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, drafters, and administrative staff.
- Research materials, codes, and regulations to ensure full compliance.
- Maintain and refine CAD files and structural drawings for use in ongoing design.
- Independently create and refine standard details as needed.
- Help improve systems and processes as the company grows—your voice matters here.
What We’re Looking For:
· Mandatory: 3 years of hands-on AutoCAD experience in architecture, drafting, or design
- Solid grasp of construction techniques, materials, and building code standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation (required daily)
