Technology & Solutions Sales Agent

Earn $50,000–$80,000 per year (uncapped) selling technology solutions people actually want.

LinkUs is growing in the Boise market, and we're hiring Technology & Solutions Sales Agents based out of our Meridian office. This is a consultative, appointment-based sales role — no cold door-knocking. You'll meet with residential and commercial customers, learn what they need, and recommend the right mix of internet, TV, smart-home, security, and audio/video solutions.

If you're a strong communicator who loves helping people and closing business, we'll teach you the technology.

What you'll do

•  Run scheduled customer appointments — in homes and businesses — and build trust fast
•  Ask smart discovery questions to understand each customer's priorities, pain points, and existing setup
•  Recommend personalized solutions across internet/Wi-Fi, TV and entertainment, smart-home, security and surveillance, and commercial technology
•  Present options clearly, handle objections, and ask for the sale — closing during the first appointment whenever possible
•  Follow up on open opportunities and keep your pipeline organized in our CRM
•  Hand customers off smoothly to our installation teams and set clear expectations
•  Represent LinkUs and our referral partners (moving companies, realtors, builders) professionally

What you'll earn

•  Base pay: $15–$18/hour, depending on experience
•  Commission: uncapped — your earnings grow with your results
•  Expected total earnings: $50,000–$80,000 per year
•  Paid, structured training in products, consultative selling, and closing — no prior tech expertise required

What we're looking for

You don't need to be a technology expert on day one — you need the drive and aptitude to become one.

Must-haves:

•  Proven ability to sell a product or service
•  Strong communication, listening, and rapport-building skills
•  Comfortable asking for the business and closing in person
•  Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
•  Coachable — receptive to feedback and eager to learn new products and processes

Nice-to-haves (any of these help):

•  Experience in consumer electronics, telecom, internet/Wi-Fi, audio/video, smart-home, security, or home services
•  Retail technology background (Best Buy or similar)
•  B2B or commercial technology sales
•  Installation or field technician experience
