Shipping and Receiving Manager

Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shipping and Receiving Manager based in Elkhart, IN. The manager will oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. Responsibilities also include managing inventory control processes, supervising warehouse staff, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The role will additionally involve coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage warehouse staff

Experience in Shipping & Receiving and Inventory Control procedures

Effective Communication skills for coordinating with teams, vendors, and clients

Proficiency in Forklift Operation and ensuring adherence to safety standards

Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Familiarity with inventory software and logistics management systems is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are preferred.

Experience

Links2 is new to the Elkhart area, but is supported by ownership of companies based in California and in China. This position offers an opportunity to help establish our presence in Indiana. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.

Due to the nature of our business, at certain times there may be up to 10 people in the building, other times you may be alone in the warehouse. We are looking for a self-starter who knows how to fill quiet moments with productive progress. The company leader is on-site, but not always in the office. He may be visiting customers or driving new business.
