What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Operations Supervisor - Special Projects position at Links Unlimited Inc.?
Warehouse Operations Supervisor – Special Projects
About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our Value Added Services (VAS) operation. This role is responsible for overseeing a wide variety of customer-specific warehouse activities, including kitting, assembly, relabeling, rework, returns processing, inspections, inventory recovery, and other value-added services that support our clients' unique needs.
This position is currently scheduled Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. As our operation continues to grow, this position is expected to evolve into leading a dedicated second-shift operation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building teams, developing employees, and helping shape the future of our warehouse operations.
This is not a desk-based leadership position. Our supervisors spend the majority of their day on the warehouse floor coaching employees, removing obstacles, balancing workloads, solving problems, and ensuring their teams consistently deliver safety, quality, productivity, and exceptional customer service.
We're looking for a leader who has done the work, enjoys developing people, and leads by example. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and takes ownership of both their team and the operation while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
