Benchling Service Delivery Lead Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce overall platform strategy and governance.
- Lead technical teams and drive cross-functional collaboration across different BATLs.
- Coordinate effectively with external vendors and internal business entities, including SBAs and Project Managers.
- Expert-level knowledge of the Benchling platform.
- Proven experience with Agile or SAFe practices and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and guide cross-functional technical teams.
- Commitment to working onsite a minimum of 4 days per week.
