As we continue to grow, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on End-to-End Supply Chain Leader to elevate our operations through greater efficiency, integration, and innovation.The OpportunityThis is a pivotal leadership role responsible for transforming how we manage our supply chain. You will design and implement an end-to-end supply chain architecture that enhances efficiency, transparency, and scalability across our network to continue to excel in servicing a broad customer base.The role requires a blend of operational excellence, systems & process thinking, and a strong understanding of how technology — including AI — can optimize performance. You’ll work closely with trading, trade execution, operations, logistics, and commercial teams to embed new ways of working that balance agility with structure.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial and operational goals to excel service levelsMap, design, and optimize all supply chain processes — from procurement and trading execution to customer delivery.Optimize systems and tools (ERP, TMS, planning, analytics, and AI-driven solutions) to enhance visibility, accuracy, and efficiency.Develop a holistic operating model that connects trading, trade execution, operations, logistics, finance, and customer service.Introduce and embed best practices in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, and supplier performance.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless information flow and strong alignment between commercial, supply, and customer teams.Lead and coach teams currently focused on trade execution, helping evolve their skills and mindset toward end-to-end thinking.Drive continuous improvement in cost-to-serve, working capital, and service reliability.Leverage AI and digital tools to enable smarter decision-making and predictive capabilities across the supply chain.Build partnerships with external logistics and processing providers to enhance flexibility and scalability.About YouProven experience (min 10 years) leading or transforming supply chains within ingredient trading, agri-commodities, pet food, or food manufacturing sectors.Strong understanding of global trading operations, including logistics, procurement, and customer fulfillment.Demonstrated success in building or redesigning supply chain architectures and implementing new systems or technologies.Familiarity with AI and advanced analytics in supply chain or operations management.Excellent leadership skills — able to influence and inspire cross-functional teams through change.Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to execution.Strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer-driven supply dynamics.Ability to travel up to 30%What We OfferThe opportunity to shape the future of a growing and respected player in the pet and food ingredient space.A collaborative, entrepreneurial culture that values innovation and accountability.The autonomy and influence to design a world-class supply chain foundation for long-term success.Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with senior leadership roles.#hc211696
