General Labor

Start Time: 6:00 AM
Pay: $20.00/hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily manufacturing operations. This position will assist with a variety of production and material handling tasks while following safety procedures, work instructions, and direction from supervisors.

The ideal candidate will have good attendance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and production duties as assigned.
• Follow work instructions and supervisor direction.
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials.
• Support production employees with daily manufacturing tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Inspect materials and products for obvious defects or issues.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment as required.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
• Meet daily production requirements and deadlines.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding production issues or concerns.
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Assist with other duties throughout the facility as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Good attendance and punctuality are required.
• Reliable and dependable work habits.
• Ability to follow directions and work instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic ability to read and understand work instructions.
• Ability to perform physical work, including standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and production processes.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
