Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Control Panel Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role involves building electrical control panels through point-to-point wiring, interpreting schematics, and performing hands-on electrical and mechanical assembly in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble electrical control panels, including full point-to-point wiring

Install electronic and electromechanical components in non-repetitive builds

Work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, BOMs, and instructions

Determine assembly methods and sequence when required

Use hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, and soldering irons

Read and interpret drawings and identify inconsistencies for clarification

Mark up drawings and BOMs to reflect “as-built” conditions

Perform basic hand operations (drilling, grinding, deburring, sawing)

Operate lift trucks and pallet jacks to move materials

Maintain simple production and assembly records

Work independently after assignment and ensure accuracy of completed work
Qualifications

Experience assembling electrical control panels or similar electromechanical systems

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints

Skilled with hand tools and electrical assembly tools

Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
-
Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained)
