Role Description
We’re looking for a Part-Time Brand & Outreach Assistant to help grow the Linked Palm Beach and Etched Palm brands through social media support, community outreach, influencer coordination, and local partnership building.
This is a flexible hybrid role based in Palm Beach County, FL, with a mix of remote work, event support, and occasional in-person collaboration at markets and pop-up events.
Responsibilities may include:
- Reaching out to local businesses, influencers, and event organizers
- Assisting with social media content planning and engagement
- Helping coordinate brand collaborations and private events
- Supporting marketing initiatives and community partnerships
- Assisting with customer communication and lead tracking
- Helping brainstorm creative growth ideas and campaigns
- Occasional event setup or booth support
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable with Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends
- Organized, proactive, and self-motivated
- Interest in branding, events, fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle businesses
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in social media, marketing, sales, hospitality, or events is a plus
