This role is responsible for programming and operating CMM equipment, performing manual inspections, and ensuring parts meet customer and quality requirements.ResponsibilitiesProgram, operate, and inspect parts using Zeiss CMM equipmentUtilize Calypso software (or similar CMM software)Perform manual inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other hand-measuring toolsInspect a wide variety of parts in a job shop environmentInterpret blueprints, GD&T, and inspection requirementsDocument inspection results and communicate findings with production and quality teamsMaintain inspection equipment and follow quality proceduresSupport continuous improvement and quality initiativesQualificationsExperience programming and operating CMMs (Zeiss preferred)Experience with Calypso software or comparable CMM softwareStrong background in manual inspection techniquesJob shop inspection experience preferredAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&THigh attention to detail and quality standardsCompany DescriptionLinked, LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
