As a Product Manager, you’ll shape the next generation of automation technology.

You’ll work directly with customers to understand their challenges and translate their needs into product features that our engineering and software teams can bring to life. You’ll define requirements, prioritize development work, and guide hardware and software enhancements across our automation ecosystem.

You will act as the voice of the customer, serving as a product advocate and evangelist to ensure our products meet real-world needs.

This position reports to the Director and works closely with engineering, software development, UI/UX, sales, customer success, and manufacturing teams in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively plan and execute Link4’s Annual Strategic Plan
  • Provide market insights, customer intelligence, competitive analysis, and product direction
  • Turn strategic initiatives into practical product themes and roadmaps
  • Collaborate with department managers to develop and execute the Link4 Departmental Operational Plan
  • Assertively drive the department managers to keep teams aligned so tasks are finished on time
  • Gather customer insights through meetings with the US sales and support teams, as well as direct interactions with customers.
  • Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with engineering to clarify system behaviors, inputs/outputs, and feature expectations.
  • Support UI/UX design by reviewing wireframes and ensuring interfaces match customer workflows.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure product features align with customer needs and company goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to help shape product strategy.
  • Help in maintaining clear product documentation and roadmaps.
  • Support sales and marketing with product information, feature explanations, and launch materials, and be involved in product launch activities as well.

Requirements:

  • BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 7 years of product management or Product Owner experience, ideally in automation, IoT, or industrial controls
  • Strong written English and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable leading cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills; able to break down complex problems and prioritize effectively
  • Conceptually knowledgeable about automation, sensors, embedded systems, or cloud applications
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Deep industry knowledge of their past industry

  • Familiarity with UI/UX design processes
  • Experience working with US-based teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
