Are you a newly licensed or beginner real estate agent looking for hands-on guidance to jumpstart your career? The Hatrick Real Estate Team, led by Andrew Malekie and Coby Chatwin, is offering a 12-month Real Estate Mentorship Program designed to help new agents build a strong foundation, grow their business, and achieve long-term success.
As part of this program, you’ll work directly with our experienced Team Leads and gain the knowledge, tools, and confidence to thrive in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the country.
What You’ll Get
- Direct Mentorship: Work one-on-one with Andrew Malekie and Coby Chatwin throughout your first year.
- Business Development Training: Learn how to set up your business, build your brand, and generate consistent leads.
- Hands-On Experience: Gain real-world transaction experience through team activities, meetings, and live events.
- Weekly & Monthly Check-ins: Regular coaching and goal-setting sessions to track progress and ensure accountability.
