In this key role, you will lead a cross-functional team of mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers, focusing on new product development. You will manage the full product development lifecycle, from concept through launch, while collaborating with stakeholders across Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

This role would suit an Engineering Manager with a background in industrial equipment manufacturing who is seeking specialist training from industry leaders, along with the autonomy to drive product innovation and build a high-performing team.

The Role:

• Lead and manage New Product Development projects
• Direct a multi-disciplinary engineering team (mechanical, electrical, and controls)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as technical point of contact
• Drive continuous improvement in processes

The Person:

• Experienced Engineering Manager
• Strong background in new product development and design
• Any of the following backgrounds: Industrial equipment, electrical equipment, HVAC systems, machinery, power systems
