We are seeking a dependable and organized individual to join our office team at LinK Supply. This position plays an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly through communication, scheduling, and administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Prepare invoices and process payables
  • Maintain organized office records and documentation
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members
  • Assist with general office duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer and office software knowledge is a plus
  • Attention to detail and reliability
  • Previous office experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
