Pharmacy Technician

A growing pharmacy in the Dallas area is seeking motivated Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Technicians in Training to support daily compounding, production, and fulfillment activities. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily pharmacy production activities to meet operational and quality standards.
• Prepare, count, package, and label medications in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Support pharmacy staff with inventory management, tracking, and documentation.
• Maintain cleanroom, workflow, and work area compliance to organizational standards.
• Operate within established SOPs and safety protocols to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with supervisors and pharmacists to meet daily production goals.
• Provide support during audits, quality checks, and compliance reviews.

Qualifications

Pharmacy Technician

• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License
• 1 year experience in a pharmacy setting (compounding, production, fulfillment, or retail)
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication handling, and regulatory requirements

Pharmacy Technician in Training

• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician Trainee Registration
• Interest in pharmacy operations and completing full licensure
• Ability to work in a structured, quality-focused environment
