Position Summary
The Admissions & Enrollment Associate plays a critical role in driving student recruitment, admissions, and enrollment efforts for Link School of Business. This position serves as a primary point of contact for prospective students and families throughout the admissions journey, from initial inquiry through enrollment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-oriented, energetic, and passionate about education. This individual will help build awareness of Link School of Business, guide prospective students through the admissions process, and contribute to achieving enrollment goals for the Miami campus.
Key Responsibilities
Student Recruitment & Outreach
• Serve as a primary ambassador for Link School of Business to prospective students, families, counselors, and community partners.
• Conduct outreach to prospective students through phone calls, email campaigns, events, school visits, and virtual meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with high schools, educational consultants, community organizations, and referral partners.
• Represent the institution at recruitment events, college fairs, information sessions, and networking opportunities.
• Support the development and execution of enrollment and recruitment strategies.
Admissions Process Management
• Guide prospective students and families through the admissions process.
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information regarding academic programs, admissions requirements, tuition, and student life.
• Manage applicant records and maintain accurate information within the CRM and admissions systems.
• Review application materials and coordinate communication regarding admissions decisions.
• Track application progress and proactively follow up with applicants to ensure completion of required documentation.
Enrollment & Student Experience
• Support admitted students through the enrollment process.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, orientation programs, and enrollment events.
• Assist students with enrollment documentation and administrative requirements.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience throughout the student journey.
CRM & Reporting
• Maintain accurate recruitment and admissions data.
• Track key enrollment metrics and admissions pipeline activity.
• Generate reports related to inquiries, applications, admissions decisions, and enrollments.
• Support enrollment forecasting and strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications - Required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, sales, business development, customer success, recruitment, or relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and develop meaningful relationships with prospective students and families.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for recruitment events.
Preferred
• Experience working in higher education, independent schools, admissions, or student recruitment.
• Familiarity with CRM and enrollment management systems.
• Experience in consultative sales, customer success, or relationship-based recruiting environments.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese ).
