- Hourly Pay Production Bonuses: Get paid for every hour you are clocked in, plus extra cash for every hour you produce above standard targets. No more getting burned by slow weeks, warranty time cuts, or unbillable diagnostic hours.
- Premium Benefits Package: Comprehensive health, dental, and eye insurance, a 401K plan with company match, and paid holidays.
- Modern Equipment & Dealership Support: Access to the latest Mopar/factory scan tools and specialized software. If a tool makes your job faster and safer, we buy it.
- Paid Diagnostic & Factory Training: We do not expect you to solve complex electrical gremlins for free. We respect your brainpower and fully fund your continuing education and brand certification.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional automotive diagnostics and repair (CDJR/Mopar or domestic dealership experience is a huge plus).
- Certification: ASE Certifications or factory training are highly preferred, but proven hands-on mastery is what counts.
- Tools: Your own well-stocked basic diagnostic and hand tools.
- Drive: A clean driving record and a strict focus on doing the job right the first time.
