Key Responsibilities
- Produce work that conforms to customer specifications and standards, emphasizing the importance of quality and accuracy from the start.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specification instructions effectively.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required personal protective equipment.
- Inspect weld for accuracy and quality
- Adapt to different workstations as production needs dictate, ensuring timely production of quality work that satisfies customer requirements.
- Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and grow
- Reliable and dependable, with a consistent work ethic
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, fostering a respectful and team-oriented environment
- Occasional overhead work and frequent neck flexion and extension.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass a pre-placement drug screen and physical
- Climate-controlled (air-conditioned) facility for a comfortable work environment
