About the Opportunity
We’re expanding our FinTech division and looking for high-energy, people-focused individuals to help us grow new client campaigns across the Tampa market.
This is NOT your typical sales job.
There are no contracts, no financial obligations, and no pressure-based selling.
Instead, we work directly with small business owners and management teams, helping them introduce free financial service trials to their employees as part of a marketing and employee benefit initiative.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building relationships with local business owners and managers
- Introducing a free financial service platform to their teams
- Helping employees enroll in free accounts with added perks/incentives
- Representing major FinTech brands through in-person marketing campaigns
- Working in a team-based, high-energy environment focused on growth

- Phase 1: Brand Ambassador / Sales Representative

Training & Support
- Daily hands-on coaching and mentorship from top brand ambassadors
- Structured training in communication, leadership, and business development

Compensation
Weekly Pay Structure: Base Performance Bonuses
- Average: $800 – $1,300/week
- Top performers: $1,300 – $2,000 /week
- Leadership roles: $75K annually
